Capcom have realised the madness, and have made appropriately bad art for the new one:

They are even going to sell t-shirts of the terrible megaman artwork.

Someone actually made this game, there is a flash version of it somewhere on the interwebs.

It wasn't exactly brilliant though after the 'wow ninjas and golf!' excitement wore off.
